Return & Exchanges Policy

We currently offer returns and exchanges only for customers within the European Union, as we’re not set up for international returns. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return/exchange, please email info@mariafernandacaballero.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, items to return/exchange, and reason for return/exchange. We’ll provide our return address and further instructions.

For faulty items, we’re happy to refund or replace them if unused.

Double-check size, color, and quantity before ordering, as we may not be able to amend orders after shipping. If changes are needed, contact us within 60 minutes of ordering.
